We also provide annual whole-school assessment procedures for our affiliated schools. Our whole-school assessment policies are in line with the globally recognised Cambridge Assessment and International Education (CAIE), the British Council, and the Educational Collaborative for International Schools (ECIS) whole-school assessment models.
At Kafaalo Group, we believe that to become better and maximise staff performance and chances of success for every child, there has to be a blend of the interrelated indicators of success which include; high academic standards and expectations; a school climate which focuses on achievement; instructional leadership; high performing teachers; robust fee collection and financial planning; students with a strong self-efficacy and confidence as learners; parents with high aspirations and expectations; fit-for-purpose learning resources; and excellent school governance which also includes sound resource management.
The scope of our WSE evaluation plan is focused on establishing whether all stakeholders in our affiliate Schools share aligned expertise, principles, goals, vision, and values necessary to achieve stellar academic excellence by evaluating all school assessment domains and indicators of success. For a holistic assessment, our WSE assessment is focused on five core areas we refer to as the 5 school assessment domains as illustrated in the shared pictorial.
