Training and Support

At Kafaalo Group, we aim to raise the standards, quality, and skillsets of the school’s staff members by engaging them in rigorous updated training, refresher courses, and workshops to conform to the ever-changing demands of the international curriculum providers. Our training and development policies and packages for teachers are all-inclusive and conform to the guidelines and dictates of external curriculum providers. We believe that if schools are to improve their performance and to have the capacity to provide each child with a beneficial education that is tailored to their unique learning style, motivations and needs; the whole school workforce needs to be equipped to work effectively together to raise standards and secure pupils’ welfare. We, therefore, provide curated and unique training offers for both CPD (Continuous Professional Development) and a year-long program called AEP (Academic Enrichment Program) for complete academic mentoring and end-to-end support for the teachers to enable them to stay up to date on the latest teaching trends and techniques, and to promote a positive school culture that ensures student safety and enhances positive performance outcomes.
