Therefore, at KG, we detail the best recruitment policies and strategies that are uniquely suited for the long-term plans of our affiliated schools.

Our advisory and implementation of our teaching staff recruitment program include formulating candid policies on how to guide the job advertisement, candidate application, screening and pre-selection, interview, assessment, reference & background check, hiring decision making, and outlining each staff member’s actual job/contractual agreement.
